Mike Morin

Mike Morin

Mike Morin is the President and a Partner with Stanley Energy Company. Mike is a successful senior executive with more than 25 years of sales, sales management and operational experience in the software, technology and consulting services marketplaces. Mike played a series of key roles in setting company strategy with several early stage start-ups, managing relationships with key clients, and growing revenues for several companies that were either sold or had successful initial public offerings.

While achieving significant revenue results throughout his career, Mike is especially effective in developing strong working relationships with customers, partners and employees and bringing new products to market.

Mike holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Lowell Technological Institute, and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Cory Hussey

Cory Hussey

Cory Hussey is a Vice President and a Partner with Stanley Energy Company. Cory joined the Stanley Family of Companies in 2005, initially as manger of business operations. Today, as vice president and chief legal officer, he is responsible for Stanley Energy’s legal affairs, government relations, corporate development (M&A and investment projects) and new business development (strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities).

Cory earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Furman University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and is currently working to complete his M.B.A. from Babson College – F.W Olin Graduate School of Entrepreneurs.

Neil Hussey

Neil Hussey

Neil Hussey is a Partner in Stanley Energy Company and currently serves as Vice President of Stanley Elevator Company. Neil joined Stanley Elevator in 1971 and has worked to continuously improve all aspects of the business, from repairs, maintenance, and service, to modernization and new installations. Neil has served in key roles and was instrumental in driving the phenomenal growth of the company while providing the guidance and business strategy that helped the company to continue to evolve over the years. Stanley Elevator Company has recently celebrated 60 years in business and is very proud of its reputation for service and customer care.

Neil will advise Stanley Energy with strategic guidance on commercial/industrial property ownership, business operations and best practices for introducing new products to market.

Ralph Vetsch

Ralph Vetsch

Ralph Vetsch currently serves as Director of Sales for Xinnovation in Burlington MA and is charged with growing their business and managing their sales team. Mr. Vetsch has over 20 years of domestic and international sales experience in selling enterprise software solutions across multiple industries. Prior to joining Xinnovation, he served as the VP of Global Sales for Millennial Net, an energy management and controls company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology.

Bill Wilkes

Bill Wilkes

Bill Wilkes is a Commercial Property Owner, a developer of retail property and a partner with Merrimack Office Properties. Bill serves on the board for the Girls Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, is a member of the Merrimack NH Rotary Club and is a business councilor with the US Small Business Administration – SCORE.

Bill will advise Stanley Energy on the business challenges faced by commercial/industrial property owners in the areas of energy efficiency, reducing operating expense and increasing cash flow. Bill also holds a BSBA from Merrimack College and an MBA from Babson College.
